Spaghetti Bolognaise

Material
  • 1 liter of water
  • 400 grams of spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt


Spaghetti Sauce

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 pieces of onion, cut into round
  • 200 gr minced beef
  • 150 ml of water
  • 100 gr tomato sauce
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded, diced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch, dissolve it with 20 ml
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano


Complementary

  • 100 gr grated cheese


How to make

  • Boil spaghetti for 20 minutes, give olive oil and salt. Drain, urinate and set aside.
  • Heat cooking oil, saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Enter the beef, cook until it changes color.
  • Add tomato sauce and tomatoes cut, then add water. Cook until boiling.
  • Give a solution of cornstarch, add sweet soy sauce and pepper powder, cook until thickened.
  • Presentation: Spaghetti on a plate, put the sauce on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve warmly
