Adon-Adon Coro or often called Jamu
Adon-Adon Coro is a traditional drink of the city of Jepara, actually Adon-Adon
Coro is a herb made from several spices, including pandanus, pepper powder,
cinnamon, cloves, galangal doused with coconut milk, red sugar ginger, and
water. This drink tastes spicy and warm because the main ingredient of this
drink is ginger.
Adon-adon coro can be
found in the court around Jepara Shopping Center, north of Jepara Town Square
