Getuk (Javanese: gethuk) is a snack made with the main ingredients of cassava or cassava. Getuk is an easy food to be found in Central and East Java. Preparation began from cassava in peeled then steamed or boiling, after cooked and then crushed or mashed by milled and sweetened with sugar and food colouring. For the occasion is usually sprinkled with grated coconut fruit.
