Biscuits are crispy snack products made by baking (pastry). Biscuits have different Terms in different regions of the world. The origin of the word 'biscuit' or 'biscuit' (in English) comes from Latin, namely bis coctus which means "cooked twice". In America, popular biscuits are called cookies, which means baked cookies, or pastries.
