Grana
Padano is a hard textured cheese from cured pasteurized milk
originating in Italy. Copies of this cheese are more popular in North America
and England known as parmesan. The inside of this cheese is pale yellow and
hard textured and rough. Grana Padano is produced in the area around the Po
River, Venice, Trentino, Piemont, Lombardy, and Emilia-Romana.
