Coulommiers, also known as Brie de Coulommiers or Petit Brie is a cheese from the Coulommiers area in the department of Seine-et-Marne, France made with cow's milk.

This cheese is a kind of cheese with Brie but has a smaller size, thicker and a sharper aroma. Cheese Coulommiers can be eaten when young and white mushrooms are not too visible or when it is cooked and the aroma has become sharper.

There are two versions of Cheese Coulommiers, which are industrial made with pasteurized milk and home-made breeders with raw milk. Industrial-made cheeses have an entirely white layer while the farmer's cheese called Coulommiers fermier has a layer with red spots.
