Afuega'l pitu is Spanish cheese from unpasteurized cow's milk first. The name of this cheese has the meaning of "fire in the stomach". This is because the fresh red pepper is added to this cheese and rubbed on the cheese skin when ripening.

To overcome the spicy flavor, this cheese is drunk along with Leon wine. However, this cheese is also made without using chili. The young Afuega'l pitu snow has a soft texture and rough surface.

Meanwhile, cheese that has been matured into sharper taste and character. This cheese has a pumpkin-like shape. This is because the cheese is filtered with a tangled fabric on top of it instead of folded.
