Jarlsberg is a cheese from a Norwegian country that is produced using cow's milk. Jarlsbeg cheese is an old cheese made similar to Emmental cheese. Therefore, this cheese is also called "Emmental of Fjords" in Norway.

This cheese was forgotten and later rediscovered in the mid-1900s. Jarlsberg cheese is exported to countries such as the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and EU countries.

The consumption of this cheese outside Norway is four times larger than in its own country of origin. Jarlsberg has a round shape with a diameter of 30 centimeters, 10 centimeters in height and weighs about 10 pounds. The color of this cheese is golden yellow.
