Injera (Amhar: ənǧära እንጀራ [ɨndʒəra], sometimes transliterated as enjera, or "taita" Tigrinya: ጣይታ) is a flat bread sourdough fed from East Africa with a unique texture. Usually made from teff flour, the dish is a national dish in Ethiopia and Eritrea.
