cheonggukjang -

Cheonggukjang is a doenjang, Korean soybeans made in a few days, the nickname "fast soy pasta". Cheonggukjang looks the same as doenjang in terms of appearance, but different ways and time of manufacture produce different flavors and aromas. When soybean paste until the stage becomes meju (dry pasta) for 2-3 days, can already be used to cook jjigae.
