yukgaejang -

Yukgaejang (육개장) is a kind of Korean cuisine in the form of spicy beef soup cooked in a stew of broth and soy sauce. The main ingredients of yukgaejang are beef and boiled in bone broth with gosari (bracken, nail plant type), sprouts, green onion, powdered chilli, garlic, sesame oil, eggs, salt, black pepper and soy sauce. Usually the meat used is part brisket bovine. Yukgaejang usually eaten with white rice.
