Kwetiau beef is a dish that has been pan-fried with a mixture of beef and sometimes also added cattle innards (tendon, liver, tripe). Kwetiau beef can be served berkuah or without sauce, but generally sauteed with a little sauce.

This dish is a Chinese dish commonly found in Southeast Asia, such as in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia, and can be traced its origins as Chinese dishes from Cantonese. This dish is popular among the Chinese Indonesians and also among Singaporeans.
