Cooked meat) is a cooking method of heated or baked Japanese food and is coated
with soy sauce and flavored sache / mirin / sugar.
While making
teriyaki, the ingredients to be baked are dipped and smeared with teriyaki
sauce until several times until it is completely cooked. In Japan, the widely
used ingredients in teriyaki dishes are fish (salmon, tuna, mackarel, trout,
marlin), while outside Japan is used various types of meat (chicken, beef,
pork), or squid as well as ingredients from my konnyaku sweet potato.
