pork fried flour), is a Japanese dish consisting of slices of pan-fried pork
and fried in a lot of oil. There are two types of hire and rosu. Often served
with slices of cabbage.
Tonkatsu comes from Japan in
the 19th century. In addition to serving as a single dish, tonkatsu is
sometimes used as a bread contents or combined with Japanese Curry.
