Mandutguk (만둣국) is Korean cuisine consisting of dumplings with beef bone broth. This cuisine is usually served in the winter, precisely on the day Seollal. The dumplings consist of leather made from flour stuffed with meat, tofu, kimchi and vegetables. By eating this dish, Koreans believe they will have good luck in the new year.
