leberkäse -

Leberkäse (literally in German means liver cheese, sometimes spelled Leberkäs or Leberka (a) s in Austria and the Schwaben, Bayern and Franken regions of Germany and Fleischkäse in Saarland, Baden, Switzerland and Tirol) is typical of southern Germany, Austria, and parts of Switzerland. The food is similar to bologna sausage. 

This food consists of corned beef, pork, beef and bakon and onions and is made by grinding the basic ingredients and then baking it until the surface is brownish.
