Kefir
is
a drink made from milk by fermentation process originating from the Caucasus
region. How to manufacture is by entering the grain of kefir into cow's milk,
goat, or sheep. Traditional Kefir is made in a goat skin bag and hung near the
door, this bag will sway when someone opens the door so that milk and kefir
will mix.
