Jotang,
gang or gulang (Acmella paniculata) is a kind of terna, mostly found wild as
weeds in wet places, members of the Asteraceae tribe. The flowers are pretty
yellow spicy taste and is used as a toothache medicine. This plant is also
known by other names such as: gatang (Mink.); pepper leaf (Mly.); jotang huma
(Sd.); gletang, legetan, srunen, seruni sapi (Jw.); rat-carat (Md.); and baga
(Ternate).
