Jun
is a drink made from rice flour mixed with spices and served with pepper powder
as a complement. This drink comes from the north coast of central java,
especially from Semarang, Demak, and Jepara. With different mentions in each
region. In Semarang commonly referred to as Jamu Jun, while in the area of
Demak is called as herbal coro. Currently Jamu Jun difficult to get in the area
of Jepara or Demak, but still can be found in the area of Semarang.
