Jajangmyeon (or
jjajangmyeon) is a Korean cuisine type of black soybean soy sauce sauce.
Jajangmyeon is influenced by Chinese culinary, and the Chinese usually call it
Zhajiangmian (炸醬麵). Jajang means fried sauce, and myeon means noodles.
