Namul is a Korean food made from vegetables such as soybean sprouts, mountain vegetables such as young nails (Pteridium aquilinum), and wild plants. Vegetable boiled only briefly before stirring with spices and sesame oil.


These foods are mentioned in various names depending on the type of vegetables used, but they are all called names. Spices can be salt, soy sauce, or gochujang.
