Caviar is a food made from certain fish eggs, fish giant fish, which have been processed and salted. This food is commercially marketed as a sumptuous meal, and then as a complement to other foods.

Most black caviar comes from Caspian sea sturgeon fish eggs in Azerbaijan, Iran, Russia, and Kazakhstan. The most expensive types of caviar are Beluga, Ossetra, and Sevruga variants.

Kaviaer is considered a sumptuous meal and served in a garnis or sowed way. In 2012, caviar sold for $ 2,500 per pound, or $ 3,000 to $ 5,000 per kilogram.

The caviar industry sometimes triggers the disruption of living species of egg-producing fish, restricting caviar trade is prohibited.
