Spinach (Amaranthus spp.) Is a plant that is usually grown to be consumed leaves as green vegetables. This plant originated in tropical America but is now scattered throughout the world. This plant is known as an important source of iron vegetables.

Every season likes warm climates and strong light. Spinach is relatively resistant to direct lighting because it is a C4 plant. The stems are watery and less woody. Leaf-stemmed, oval, weak, green, red, or whitish green. 


Flowers arranged compound type of tight tux, the bottom sitting in the armpit, the top gathered into a bouquet at the end of the stalk and armpit armpits. The seeds are black, small and hard.
