Jjolmyeon refers to one type of Korean noodle that has a very chewy texture made of wheat flour and starch or a cold and spicy dish made with noodles and vegetables. This spicy and spicy sauce is a combination of gochujang (chili paste), vinegar, sugar, and chopped garlic. This food is one type of bibim guksu (mixed noodle).
