ikizukuri -

Ikizukuri ( ), also known as ikezukuri ( ) is a typical Japanese sashimi dish that serves fresh fish alive. Outside of Japanese society, ikizukuri is very controversial because it is considered cruel and inhuman.

Meanwhile, some others, especially Japanese society argue that ikizukuri is part of the cultural heritage. Eating fresh fish is a unique and exciting dining experience.

More than that, ikizukuri is a high quality cuisine and classy. Only certain restaurants offer ikizukuri, as it requires a highly skilled, trained, and experienced chef.
