Hachée (Dutch pronunciation: [ɦɑʃeɪ]) is a traditional Dutch stew consisting of diced meat and fish or birds and vegetables. Hachee is a typical example of traditional Dutch cuisine based on beef, onions and tamarind (usually vinegar or wine).
