Vietnamese coffee known as Cà phê sữa đá is a cold coffee drink from Vietnam and made by brewing coffee and then mixed with ice cubes and sweetened condensed milk.

The process uses more grinded beans and therefore takes longer time compared to most coffee brewing processes.

To make Vietnamese coffee it takes a coffee maker made of stainless steel and shaped like a hat. In the tool there are sides that can be supported by coffee cups. The center is cylindrical and has small holes. If Vietnamese coffee is drunk warm without using ice cubes then it is named as Cà phê sữa nong.
