persuasion -

Persuasion is the communication used to influence and persuade others. Through persuasion every individual tries to influence the beliefs and expectations of others.

Persuasion in principle is an effort to convey information and interact between humans in a condition where both parties both understand and agree to do something important for both parties. When communicating with others, every individual hopes that the message delivered can be understood and trusted.

Persuasive is one strategy that can be used for the message to be conveyed understood and trusted by others. Persuasive communication lets others (persuadee) freely do whatever they want after the persuaders try to convince them.  Persuasive communication emphasizes openness, confidence, and democratic management practices.
