Is a kind of kamaboko, or surimi produced in Japan. Each piece of naruto has a
pink or red spiral pattern, which resembles the whirlpool of Naruto in the
Naruto Strait between Awaji Island and Shikoku in Japan. It is also the
inspiration for the name of the popular manga series by Masashi Kishimoto,
Naruto.
