Steaming  is one way of processing food through heating using water vapor in a closed container. The steamer is known as a steamer. This way of processing is considered one of the best ways to process foodstuffs as it suppresses the reduction of nutritional value of foodstuffs. Better steaming in keeping the nutrient content than boiling and frying; also better than the use of microwaves.
